The Hall of Fame

Every now and then we hear some positive stories. These aren't just confined to Ireland, we hear of communities banding together and people willing to stand up for their rights in other countries too. This is the one page we would REALLY like to see filling up.

	Carolyn Gage American Evictee Carolyn Gage was evicted from her San Fransisco home in January 2011. She had lived there for 50 years. In November 2011 she moved back in. Full Story.

	Judge Sean MacBride District Judge Judge MacBride is a somewhat controversial figure but he is singled out for praise here for his stance against granting banks ridiculous terms they sought when it was obvious that those before him simply couldn't meet them. He told the banks they 'can whistle for it'. Full Story.
